About Swim for Tri
Founded in 2003 by head coach Dan Bullock and sister Keeley, Swim for Tri (SFT) offers adult swimming lessons and instruction across London (Mile End, Putney, London Bridge, Shoreditch, Russell Square) focused on fitness, technique, and open water skills.
Catering to all levels of swimmers and triathletes, from beginners to Ironman, classes are daily and weekly, on an individual basis or in a group. Workshops and swimming camps in London and abroad take place throughout the year in destinations such as Cesenatico, Italy, in June, and the Canary Islands (Club La Santa) in March.
Swim Sessions
1 to 1 Lessons in London
Morning to evening 1-to-1 and 1-to-2 classes, with a focus on skills and technique. Lessons include a follow-up report with exercises to practice on your own.
Learn to Swim
An 8-week beginner swim course with expert coach Keeley Bullock, helping adults build confidence and learn front crawl in a calm, supportive environment.

Learn Front Crawl
For swimmers who want to learn front crawl or those who can swim a length or two of front crawl but want to swim for longer and tackle breathing difficulties.
Technique -
Develop Front Crawl
For swimmers who can swim front crawl, with face in the water breathing to the side for at least 200m. This course is designed to improve your current stroke.
Fitness Courses
Coached pool sessions for triathletes needing high-quality swim training, with no club membership or galas, just fitness-focused sessions.
Master Classes
Two-hour intensive classes in Shoreditch, East London, to help you master everything from tumble turns to front crawl, breaststroke, backcrawl and butterfly.
Italy Training Camp
7 night, 5 swim day technique training camp at Hotel Beau Soleil, Cesenatico, Italy, with two pool swims a day, sea swims, video analysis and yoga included.
Open Water Swim Camp
Open water swim camp at Club La Santa, Lanzarote, with professional coaching to help intermediate swimmers and triathletes swim faster and confidently in open water.
